About the Role:

- We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join us as Assistant Manager - Brand Partnerships, responsible for generating sponsorship revenue through strategic collaborations with brands.


- This role involves identifying opportunities for digital and offline integrations that align with Swiggy's ecosystem and delivering measurable results.

- The ideal candidate will have prior experience in digital ad sales or event sponsorships and thrive in a fast-paced environment that demands ownership and action-oriented execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Revenue Generation: Drive sponsorship revenue by forging partnerships with brands for digital and offline marketing integrations.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders, including brands and advertising agencies.

- Client Meetings: Spend significant time meeting clients to pitch, negotiate, and close deals effectively.

- Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate internally to identify and execute partnership opportunities that align with Swiggy's goals.

- Market Analysis: Stay updated with market trends to identify emerging opportunities for sponsorships and partnerships.


Qualifications & Skills:

- Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in digital ad sales, event sponsorships, or related fields.

- Ownership: Demonstrated ability to take complete ownership of projects and drive results independently.

- Action-Oriented: A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional interpersonal skills to manage and influence external partners effectively.

- Work Ethic: Hardworking, with a commitment to achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
