Way of working: In office/field: Employees will need to work from their respective base location/office on all days of the week
Job Responsibilities:
- Looking after portfolio of accounts with his team and ensuring their growth on the platform by monitoring the overall Consumer experience provided by them & ensuring their Investments on the platform wrt important campaigns, visibility & commercials discussions are at par or better with competitive nature of the market they are operating
- Growing the platform Gross merchandise value (GMV) and revenue from the portfolio of restaurants assigned to his/ her team by being a subject matter expert who via deeper discussions with brands , create medium term growth plans to grow business of the brands on Swiggy platform and ensure participation of Restaurant partners in key campaigns to ensure growth for the partners
- Ability to plan targets among his team members basis potential and contribute to maintaining high-quality supply.
- Maintaining a strong relationship with restaurant owners (Specifically Key Accounts of the City & Country) and advising them on issues related to the market and offering solutions on the same
- Conduct co funded promotional events & marketing activation, primarily BTL, in conjunction with the internal teams
- Focus on charters such as Gross Merchandise Value (GMV), ADs and Upsell and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Exhibits a robust acumen for data analysis, showcasing a keen ability to interpret and derive insights from data sets and contributing to informed decision-making processes within the organization.
- Responsible for training new recruits, especially Sales Managers and Key Account Managers, and mentoring them
- Business owner of the city/hyper local geography, managing the P&L of the territory and Unit Economics (UE) of the span
- Strategizing the growth and revenue of the territory
- Have a business acumen and understanding of the Hyperlocal geography in terms of new food trends , high offline footfall restaurants, high customer density pockets and restaurants that serve them. Using this information to plan to focus investments on specific restaurants to grow orders on Swiggy
Desired Skill Set:
- Graduate/Post Graduate with 5-6 years of experience in Business Development, Sales or Account Management and mandatory team handling experience
- A competent decision-maker with the ability to develop, own and build a strategic plan for ensuring the best restaurant partners grow with us
- Effective communication skills with Attitude & Aptitude for Sales
- Should be a team player, working alongside people from all walks of life
- Should be able to lead and mentor the team
- Identifies builds and uses a wide network of contacts with people at all levels, internally and externally. Achieves a good result through a well-planned approach
- Recognizes the need to adapt to change & implement appropriate solutions.
- Be able to identify opportunities and recommend/influence for change to increase effectiveness and success on campaigns
- Creativity & Initiative - demonstrate out of the box thinking & originality in your work and have the personal drive and initiative to bring about change and help drive the business forward
- Adaptive to a dynamic environment w.r.t process changes and adhering to the guidelines for a smooth business continuity
- Strong business- acumen in terms of data analysis and presentation
