Role Overview Commodity Manager (Indore, On-Site)
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Commodity Manager located in Indore. The Commodity Manager will be responsible for evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships.
- Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, ensuring timely procurement of commodities, and maintaining purchasing records. The role involves creating and implementing purchasing strategies to optimize cost efficiency and quality.
- We are seeking an experienced Commodity Manager with expertise in commodity trade, MCX, and currency trading to handle key accounts and optimize trading strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation and relationship management skills, ensuring seamless execution of commodity transactions while adhering to compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commodity Trading & MCX Execution Manage and execute trades efficiently in the commodity and currency trading segments.
- Team Leadership & Development Lead and mentor a team of traders and analysts, focusing on key account management and business growth.
- Client & Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with large corporate clients and institutional investors.
- Risk & Compliance Oversight Ensure adherence to MCX regulations and compliance frameworks, with a focus on risk management.
- Market Strategy & Analysis Monitor market trends, analyze B2B investment opportunities, and implement profitable trading strategies.
What Were Looking For:
- 5-8 years of experience in commodity trade, MCX, currency trading, and finance broking.
- Strong expertise in risk management, B2B sales, and key account management.
- NISM certification is mandatory for this role.
- Proven track record in corporate sales, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Excellent communication skills, leadership ability, and strategic mindset.
