Strategic HR Management
- Design, develop and implement HR strategies, and provide inputs to the overall business plan of the organization
- Assess competencies required for successful implementation of the strategic Plan
- Liaison with external partners (advisors and mentors) to take the strategic plan forward
Talent Acquisition:
- Ensure compliance to and quality of the recruitment process
- Liaison with external agencies and talent firms to bring in the right resources
Performance Management and T&D:
- Develop and implement performance management initiatives, and ensure the quality of the process is maintained
- Develop and Coordinate learning and development initiatives
- Troubleshoot and facilitate timely completion
Employee Retention Plans :
- Develop and implement initiatives that support employee retention
- Provide coordination support to team leaders within the organization
- Monitor and ensure quality of processes
Separation and Continuing Relationship Plans :
- Support in developing and implementing procedures during separation from employment
- Develop process and coordinate maintenance of the relationship with - alumni-
Administration :
- Maintain documentation related to all core functions, including correspondence and letters, Staff files and related documentation
- Maintenance of databases - staff, universities/institutes, consultants
- Develop and implement feedback and satisfaction surveys
- Coordinate with the Finance Team to process salaries
- Coordinate with the Internal Complaints Committee to create awareness and prevent instances of sexual harassment in the workplace
Salary offered: 10-12LPA
