Duties and Responsibilities:-
Strategic Sales and Market Development alongwith Key Account Handling with team.
Grow sales for the market by driving resources to attain sales and profitability targets
Focus on winning new customers in current and new markets
Increase Net Sales Realisation (NSR) by focusing on product innovation and the sales of new products
Manage customer relationships with key customers of Swasthya Sewak and ensure that customer needs are studies and the requirements communicated to the relevant functions in the Business
Identifying the gaps in the product range and ensure right positioning of the products in the market
Support the R&D team in the development of effective products that have significant earning potential and increase NSR
Share Market Intelligence with Company on regular basis.

Define and promote the positioning of a brand.
Develop and implement marketing strategies and sales activity.
Develop marketing materials; set up strategic partnerships.
Assess the impact of the marketing strategies; measure the effectiveness of the sales activities.
Supervise teams: business relations, fund raising, marketing.
Work directly with the following teams: recruitment, communication, program management.
Mandates:
Application to the above post needs a well versed experience in the healthcare vertical - preferable Hospitals in Sales and Marketing or Administration Department.
