SVP/VP - Statutory Reporting - Bank

About Our Client

Our client is a leading investment bank with a strong presence in Asia. As a part of expansion & consolidation a opportunity has arisen for a senior role in statutory reporting for their finance captive center in India.

Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Investment Banking Finance, you will responsible for:

- Consolidating statutory reports across geographies

- Monitoring all technical accounting & reporting requirements according to IFRS standards

- Managing & building relationships with onshore & offshore senior stakeholders

- Mentoring, coaching & motivating the team

- Leading migration & transition projects

The Successful Applicant

- You are a CA with a minimum of 12 years of experience within financial services. Prior experience in the Investment Banking domain and product knowledge is a must.

- The incumbent should have a strong understanding of balance sheet, ledger & control environment and IFRS standards.

- Prior experience in dealing with senior onshore stakeholders & managing large teams is a key to the success of the role.
