SVP - Senior leadership role - Marketing Analytics (Banking domain)

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Core Responsibilities:

- Team Management: Lead a team of 50+ members

- Stakeholder Management : Interact regularly with US Consumer seniors across functions to understand critical business problems

- Drive Analytical Solutions : Conceptualize, design and deliver analytical solutions.

- Delivery Management : Manage analytics delivery for large team

Engagement Complexity:

- Collaborate with Cards and Retail Marketing teams

- Design, develop and deploy solutions that are specific to business /function needs

- Provide regular updates to US management to ensure alignment with priorities and focus areas

Work Mix and criticality:

- Advanced Analytics across assets and liability products to support various revenue growth and customer engagement initiatives

- Masters degree or equivalent

Experience:

- 15+ years of overall experience with 10+ years of experience in analytics.

- Exposure to consumer financial industry mandatory

- Functional expertise in marketing domain mandatory; digital, risk or operations analytics experience optional

- Experience applying a variety of advanced analytical tools and methods to business challenges

- Ability to influence cross functional teams and drive analytical initiatives

- Demonstrated ability to set strategy/direction and follow through on execution while maintaining high levels of quality

- Proven track record of exceeding performance expectations and delivering results

- Experience attracting top analytic talent

- Ability to manage, coach and mentor leaders and team members

Skills:

- Strong understanding of financial industry and P&L drivers for Consumer products

- Strong ability to understand business requirements and define analytical solutions

- Ability to manage delivery in a highly matrix organization
