Description - Our client is looking to hire a SVP/EVP-Facility Management specifically for the Residential portfolio.

Job Description :
Reporting to the Executive Director, the person would be responsible for
- Developing and implementing manpower requirement budget plans and continuously monitoring of the budget plan
- Engaging in Design discussion during project stage to ensure all services related requirements are incorporated in building designs for enhancing customer experience and customer satisfaction
- Providing feedback to Project team during construction phase by having regular inspection of the buildings and ensuring that all points covered during pre-construction phased at completed
- Liaising with local authorities such as police, municipal and political organizations for smooth functioning of township project, complexes and commercial units
- Escalating major risks and issues to Senior Management and suggesting measures to mitigate the issues of customers
- Completion of identified customer snags during possession and taking sign off from customers for possession
- Maintaining separate accounts for all Common Area Maintenance related accounts and ensuring that proper income and expenditure accounts are maintained
- Strategizing with operations team to develop operational plan for essential central services such as security, MEP maintenance staff, housekeeping, waste disposal; to achieve high customer satisfaction
- Must have dealt with Resident Welfare Societies and Associations
- Must have handled atleast 20 projects
- 22+ years experience
- Must have worked with good Real Estate Brands
