SVP/ED - Structured Finance - NBFC

Client- Large Non Banking Finance Company

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities:

Responsible for supporting structured finance origination and execution for the CFI platform

- Assist in preparation of term sheets, and investor marketing material

- Work on credit analysis of identified situations - ability to synthesize annual reports, working models etc

- Assist RMs and Structuring to support client discussions in respect of structured finance deals, in respect of proactive follow-ups, and relationship-building at different levels of the client organization

- Over time, be able to support development of thematics for the Structuring business - marketable ideas that can be pitched to clients

Education: MBA/CA - 12years+ experience in Origination & Execution of large deals in Promoter Funding/Leverage Finance/M&A, Bonds etc..
