SVP/ED - Fixed Income Origination - NBFC

Client- Large Domestic NBFC

Location- Delhi

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for Origination for Credit and Fixed Income for Edelweiss across all capital (prop) and advisory (fee generating) businesses

- Relationships: Deep relationships across corporates and large conglomerates at senior (CEO/ MD/ Promoter/ CFO) levels

- Demonstrated track record in deal closure across large corporates

- Ability to spot financing opportunities across the credit spectrum (operating/ promoter, sector-agnostic, senior secured up to high yield/ mezzanine/ equity-like)

- Drive the origination RMs in terms of (a) lead generation (b) support in terms of progressing a deal across multiple internal and external stakeholders

- Basic understanding of all relevant product areas - promoter financing, structured finance, project finance, DCM, asset based finance and leasing, collateralize d lending esp real estate

- Work closely with structuring and sales to innovate, think out of the box, and ideate for clients across the capital structure

- In conjunction with structuring and sales, ability to build a deal pipeline across multiple product areas

- Have a deep knowledge of credit markets, including some relationships and knowledge of deals in key investor markets - bank, NBFC, FII, investment banks, mutual fund etc

- Team player and ability to work with multiple constituents

- Target to originate at least [ ] new relationships a year across capital and advisory businesses
