Sr. Vice President, HR Business Partner
Purpose of the role:
- To drive local and regional HR initiatives and the strategic people agenda for the different businesses in line with the agreed ‘People Strategy.
- To closely collaborate with Specialist functions and HRD teams and the Region and apply relevant commercial understanding to operational matters, deliver high quality specific HR transactions and services to the business, demonstrate continual improvement, and provide face-to-face support to senior leaders as required. Will be an advantage for candidates for this role to possess strong advisory and influencing skills and experienced and high performing / capable individuals meeting the following requirements are encouraged to apply.
- Post-Graduate / MBA from a top institution with 10 to 12 years of front line HR RM experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
