Their Business is in a phase of aggressive growth and the SVP/Director FP&A will play a key part in this growth by implementing the standardization and rationalization of core P&A activities across the organization.

Job Description - You will be responsible for managing core planning & analysis teams that are responsible for supporting the Regional Heads in their Planning & Analysis requirements. Teams will be responsible for:

- Preparation and analysis of Key Management Review Decks for individual Regions and Head Office

- Periodic Budgeting and Forecasting, Monthly Estimate process for the Regions

- Adhoc analytical support to regional Planning Heads

- P&L, Headcount and Balance Sheet analysis

- You will be responsible for ensuring quality, accuracy, and value addition in all the above activities

The Successful Candidate - You will be a CA/MBA (Finance) with atleast 15 years of total experience with a large part of it being within Financial Planning and Analysis. You must also have a strong team management background, preferably handling analytics teams. You will have a good financial analysis and management reporting background as well as knowledge of financial reporting tools such as Business Objects, Essbase, Qlickview, etc. You will also have strong analytical and problem solving skills and demonstrate a desire to learn and develop.
