SVP - Construction Management

Position - SVP (Construction)

Location - Gurgaon

Minimum Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

- Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in construction management.

- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale residential construction projects from conception to completion.

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials, as well as building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Management: Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.

- Budget and Cost Control: Develop and monitor project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality and safety standards.

- Quality Assurance: Implement stringent quality control measures to ensure that construction projects meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.

- Compliance and Regulations: Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards, as well as environmental and health regulations.

- Vendor and Supplier Management: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to secure timely delivery of materials and services at competitive prices.

- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues during construction projects and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.

- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with internal stakeholders, including senior management, and external stakeholders, such as clients, architects, consultants, and government authorities, to provide regular updates and ensure alignment with project objectives.
