Our client is the world's leading security Solutions Company with India operations based out in Delhi – NCR region.
Position: Sr. Vice president (Business Head)
Education: B.E/ B.Tech or equivalent + M.B.A (Preferably) from good institutes
Preferred age: up to 45 years
Role responsibilities and desired profile:
- This role needs to drive overall sales strategy of electronics security solutions PAN India.
- He will have sales accountability and the team leadership and strategic responsibility for the market and customers serve.
- From a strategic thinking point of view, he will be the one who is a hands on sales leader for the team, focused on winning accounts and customer engagement. He needs to guide, direct and lead the team to
growth and success. Must also be able to lead a large team of all functions.
Desired Skills & Experience
- This role requires a person with strong heavy electronics/ durables background. 20+ years B to B Sales experience in India.
- Strong P &L experience
- Highly capable person capable of developing and leading high performance sales teams
- Track record of sales success within the India market
- Should preferably have strong connections within the Pan India with architects / builders community .
- Tech savvy and understanding of Sales ERP module.
- Working knowledge of electronic solutions a plus.
- Strategic thinker with hands on experience.
- Proficient and expert in large accounts selling, Target account Selling and Value Definition
- Excellent presentations and strong negotiation skills.
- The candidate should preferably be from Delhi NCR region
