Job Description - You will be responsible for financial targets for the cost center by facilitating and implementing process efficiencies and leading quality as well as productivity initiatives. You will be required to understand different areas of operations and enforce security and data protection measures while expanding the scope of operations to your customer. Developing, motivating and coaching your team while identifying clear career paths for employees will be a key aspect to be successful in this role.
The Successful Candidate -
- Must have atleast 12 years of relevant experience in operations within financial services/ITES or remote processing organisations with a proven track record in service delivery|
- Proven track record of stakeholder management across multiple business lines and verticals|
- Strong understanding of process with mapping and analytical skills|
- Proven track record of excellence in project management/delivery roles|
- Understanding of principles and practices in handling customer service and experience and application in different scenarios|
