Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the regional audit team, ensuring effective execution of audit plans across branches.

- Conduct risk assessments, process reviews, and internal audits in alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements.

- Ensure timely submission of audit reports with detailed findings and actionable recommendations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance internal controls and operational efficiency.

- Regularly travel across Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, and Tripura to conduct audits at branch locations.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of prior experience in managing audit or risk teams, preferably in the MFI/NBFC sector.

- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of MFI-NBFC operations and regulatory framework.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and excellent drafting/report writing skills.

- Communication Skills: Strong command over English (spoken and written).

- Travel: Willingness to extensively travel across the North East region.

- Availability: Preference will be given to immediate joiners
