JOB OVERVIEW :

JOB TITLE : Regional Technical Manager

DEPARTMENT : Technical

LOCATION : Ahmedabad

Key Functions :

- Monitor technical appraisals by Technical Officers in the Zone to ensure project & self construction monitoring and Tech TAT

- Provide Project Approval Recommendation for APF projects

- Appraisal of Builder Loans

- Coordination with Valuers by fixing Appointments and Conducting Reviews

- Training the Technical Officers in their zone

- Minimum 20% site visits along with Technical Officers

- Taking CLT approvals

- Preparation & Implementation of the Technical policy & process for the Zone

- Technical Updation on the system

Communication & Relationship :

Maintain and Develop Relationships with :

- Tech Officers at Hubs in the Zone

- Zonal Legal & Credit Managers

- Government Offers - Town Planning Dept

- Builders

- Technical Head

- Regional Manager

EDUCATION & TRAINING : B.E Civil Eng

COMPENSATION : SALARY Up to 9 to 12 LPA
