Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and managing a team of marketers, guiding them in campaign development, digital marketing strategies, and content creation.
- You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with company goals.
- Marketing Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, competitive landscape, and market trends.
- Define marketing goals, KPIs, and metrics, to measure success and ROI.
- Adaptability and a proactive approach are key, as you navigate evolving market landscapes and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns with focus on organization's existing clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
- Content Collaboration: Work with the content team for content and custom materials for various marketing channels.
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and content creators to ensure consistent brand messaging and high-quality output.
- Customer Engagement and Relationship Management: Develop and nurture relationships with customers, partners, and influencers to drive brand loyalty and advocacy.
- Manage customer feedback and reviews to enhance brand reputation and address any issues.
- Organize and participate in events, trade shows, and other promotional activities to engage with target audiences.
- Strong leadership is essential for motivating and developing team members, fostering a creative and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Having experience of 10-12 Years
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e., Google Analytics, AdWords, social media management tools).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems is a plus
