About the Role:

- We are seeking an experienced Client Partner - Telecom Domain with a strong background in Telecom Presales Consulting.

- This role involves collaborating with sales, technical teams, and clients to deliver tailored solutions in the telecom BSS/OSS portfolio.

- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of experience, a deep understanding of the telecom domain, and expertise in proactive proposals, RFPs, and RFIs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Engagement: Work closely with potential clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and requirements in the telecom BSS/OSS space.

- Solution Development: Design and deliver customized solutions, collaborating with technical teams to address client-specific problems effectively.

- Presentations and Demonstrations: Provide compelling presentations and demonstrations showcasing the value and applicability of proposed solutions.

- Proposal Management: Create detailed proposals, including technical specifications, timelines, and cost estimates, for client evaluation.

- Technical Support: Offer expertise throughout the sales process, addressing technical queries and mitigating concerns.

- Market Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends and competitor offerings to position solutions effectively.

- Sales Enablement: Train and support sales teams in understanding the technical aspects of products and solutions.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

- Proven expertise in the telecom domain, particularly in BSS/OSS portfolios.

- Extensive experience managing proposals (RFP/RFI) and working with technical and client teams.

- Familiarity with North American telecom clients and managing telco captives is a significant advantage.

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
