About the Role:

- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to drive direct client value retention, onboard new clients, and strengthen relationships with existing ones.

- This role requires a consultative approach to sales, focusing on strategic research and advisory solutions.

- You will collaborate with Operations, Business Development, and Solutioning teams to optimize the revenue cycle, identify opportunities, and eliminate inefficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Growth:

- Implement end-to-end sales for customized strategic research and advisory solutions.

- Drive 80% new business acquisition (hunting) and 20% account growth (farming).

- Engage with senior leadership to develop and execute an enterprise-wide sales strategy.

- Articulate and communicate the value of solutions to prospects and clients effectively.

Account & Territory Management:

- Develop account plans and manage territories efficiently, including distance sales.

- Strengthen customer satisfaction, retention, and account expansion.

- Maintain competitive intelligence and market awareness.

Sales Operations & Reporting:

- Support leadership with sales forecasting, performance reporting, and dashboards.

- Monitor key sales metrics to ensure alignment with business goals.

Key Requirements:

- Proven track record in strategic research and advisory sales.

- Strong experience in enterprise sales and global account management.

- Ability to develop and maintain C-level relationships with clients.

- Excellent consultative sales approach, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Deep understanding of the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closure.

- Experience in revenue operations across sales and customer success teams.

- Ability to interpret data, provide insights, and make strategic recommendations.

- Master's degree or advanced qualification preferred.
