Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Content Manager to lead our content strategy and execution.

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in content creation, SEO, and strategy development, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or team management role.

You will be responsible for driving our content initiatives, optimizing for SEO, and ensuring engaging, high-quality content across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals.

- Oversee the end-to-end content creation process, including research, writing, editing, and distribution.

- Manage a team of writers, editors, and freelancers to ensure quality and consistency.

- Optimize content for SEO, engagement, and conversions.

- Work closely with marketing, design, and social media teams to enhance content effectiveness.

- Analyze content performance using analytics tools and refine strategies accordingly.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, SEO updates, and content best practices.

Requirements:

- 4-6 years of experience in content management, writing, and strategy.

- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or team management role.

- Strong expertise in SEO optimization and content strategy.

- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA preferred

- Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar SEO tools.

- Understanding of social media marketing and digital trends
