Role: Director - TA

Sutherland is looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead High-Volume, Leadership & Support, and Specialty recruiting for India. The role will lead, develop and motivate a high-performance team of recruiting professionals. The candidate needs to understand the India

BPO market and current landscape, challenges and growth potential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Understand and meet workforce planning needs and develop and implement strategies to source qualified, diverse candidates. Manage a team of recruiters and managers to meet business requirements from internal, external, and referral candidate pools.

- Focus on Digital/IT (CRM, Web & Mobile, Cloud, Data Engineering, RPA, HIT), Sales/BD Executives for Sutherland products and services, and Corporate roles (Training, Legal, etc.)

- Meet with Hiring Managers to understand new req requirements, desired candidate profile and target companies.

- Leverage multiple sourcing techniques - including LinkedIn and other social media platforms, recruiting databases, employee referrals - to identify a diverse, qualified pool of candidates.

- Source, screen and interview prospective candidates. Present qualified candidates to Hiring Managers and provide regular status updates.

- Lead the candidate journey and ensure candidates are prepared and fully informed.

- Propose and negotiate full-time offers of employment.

- Assist with candidate references as needed.

- Update Smart Recruiters and Webex Teams and other tools as needed to track recruiting activity.

QUALIFICATIONS :

- 14+ years of sourcing/recruiting experience, including 5+ with technical (digital/IT), digital products, solutions, and services sales roles.

- 2+ years of sourcing/recruiting experience dedicated to Director+ level roles.

- Recruiting experience in IT or management consulting, digital transformation, digital engineering services, customer experience, data & analytics, SaaS/PaaS, BPO highly desirable.

- Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can execute to support a high growth function or business.

- Self-motivated, organized, and well-networked with strong communication skills

Interested candidate should be from BPO/ITES industry ONLY and should be comfortable supporting UK working hours.
