Sutherland - Associate Principal - Financial Analyst

Education Requirement : MBA(Finance) or CA(Inter)

- 5 to 7 years prior financial planning, analysis, and forecasting experience

- Advanced Excel spreadsheets skills, with knowledge of financial and database systems, Hyperion/Essbase preferred

- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management

- Strong verbal and written communication skills to analyze, interpret and address customer needs

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to deliver solutions in a matrix business structure and manage multiple projects, initiatives and priorities in response to a fast-paced, challenging environment

- Experience working effectively as the financial liaison on a business team and managing individuals indirectly across client and operational organizations

- Knowledge of applicable laws, rules, and regulations governing accounting activities

- Ability to work independently, formulate sound business decisions, and have strong prioritization and follow-up skills

- Ability to be flexible and can quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes

- Previous Contact center or production experience (preferred)

- Equivalent education or experience, which may be substituted for any of the above
