Sustainability Manager - Consulting

Location - UAE (Dubai / Abu Dhabi)

Responsibilities:

- Organize, motivate and lead the overall sustainability / ESG related portfolio , Establish / Grow with the same.

- Leading teams for successful completion of consulting assignments

- Work closely with Business Director to develop and implement strategies to ensure profitable growth of Sustainability related / ESG services offering in line with firm's strategy.

- Create business models and analyze competitive landscape

- Develop and monitor data-driven analytics

- Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives.

- In conjunction with the business strategy, develop and translate business strategy into pragmatic action plans, execute

- Manage and collaborate with the relevant stakeholders to ensure the required achievement towards set financial performance.

- Develop business plans and strategies to grow new contracts.

Qualifications :

- B.Tech and M.Tech in environmental engineering or masters in sustainability etc.

- 5+ years of experience in ESG consulting

- Knowledge in implementing sustainability standards and frameworks such as GRI G4, SDGs, TCLP, SBTi, climate risk reporting etc, ESG etc.,

- Knowledge on creating assessment models for sustainability - environmental and social impact.

- Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills.
