Job Description:

Position Summary:

Product Manager for inclusive finance will manage a team that works with key stakeholders of Inclusive finance business to understand the customer behavior, design products, and ensure success of the products

Key Responsibilities:

- Ownership of existing products and identification of new product opportunities across business lifecycle

- Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch

- Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications plans

- Lead the planning, scoping, and prioritization of projects to achieve short- and long-term growth targets

- Collect, analyze, and report on data and adjust development plans as needed to facilitate a successful new product rollout

- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by technology teams

- Drive branch expansion and support existing branches in line with the product growth strategy

- Development of training manuals along with the Training team and executing training programs

- Designing and implementing various Reward and Recognition program to drive business

- Making processes effective and efficient by continuous improvement

Skills and Qualifications:

- Master's degree from premier institution

- Highly effective cross-functional team management skills and collaborative approach

- Proficient in forecasting business plan and analyzing market trend to provide critical inputs for business development initiative and formulation of strategies

- Exceptional writing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
