Excellent communication & Client interaction skills.
Qualifications: Knowledge in Quantitative research techniques is a must
Good knowledge in (Dimensions - IOM /ConfirmIT)
Good Analytical skills.
Good communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Skills & Responsibilities: Programming Online and CATI surveys
Able to work in different shifts
Understand the project requirements
Testing the programmed surveys
Timesheet compliance
Follow process flow for survey programming
To maintain 100% quality assurance on all the programmed jobs.
