Role based out of Bangalore for India operations.
Detail job description:-
- Monitor & track Project schedule, budget, Risks & take corrective actions.
- Engineering Degree, Active and high certification level in AWS (Amazon Web Services)
- 5+ years overall project management experience with working knowledge of various methodologies/processes, with a hosting background AWS
- Fluent in English -Speaking and writing
- 8-10 years of working experience + cloud technology exp
- Experience in a 24/7 support center operations
- Operating Level Agreements, Standard Operating Procedure's, ITIL
- Easy going person that can talk with L1 - L6 techs without middle management
- Self-driven and solution oriented, and trust worthy
Work closely with the CEO and COO to form, implement, evaluate and improve business strategies
- Build a large 24/7 Support Center for AWS, Linux & Windows in India
- Create, maintain, oversee and improve the Operating Level Agreement, Standard Operating Procedure.
