Supply Planning & Operations Manager - FMCG - NITIE/SPJ/IIM

Executive Hiring is looking for a Supply Planning & Ops. Mgr. for one of the Large MNC FMCG's, based at Bangalore.

A Female, with a Post Grad in IE /IM/Ops. from NITIE/SP Jain/IIM's having 4-5 years ( preferably from 2010-11 batchers ) work exp in Supply Planning and Analytics in a Large FMCG is mandatory.

The brief of the role -

Excellent Analytical skills with ability to work with new age Big Data tools

Identify the core gaps in planning process and current existing tools

Design the tools need to fill the gaps in the current process

Create a process maturity assessment model and ensure continuous monitoring of improvements using the same.

Facilitating the organisation of education, key workshops to build planning knowledge

Create the planning handbook

Custodian of the planning tools that are built and deployed to address the gaps

Design of big data analytics.
