Founded by a former Google employee and backed by Ratan Tata, the company is funded by SeedPlus, Accel Partners and Jungle Ventures. The start-up boasts of a team consisting of members who bring to the table dynamic and rich experiences from employers like Google, Amazon and Snapdeal.

As a Supply Partnership Head, you will have to manage the entire supplier network for various sales channels and business verticals for driving business growth while maintaining healthy business partnerships with all the external stakeholders.You will be responsible for ensuring the supply capability of the organization for serving various types of customers through multiple sales channels. The other responsibilities include:

- On-boarding new relevant suppliers and brands for various sales channels

- Supplier training for cataloging and various order management processes

- Cataloging of the brands and SKUs for internal database purpose

- Maintaining manufacturer/brand web-store on the portal

- Managing the end-to-end supplier registration, modification and blacklisting process

- Negotiation on margin on a continuous basis

- Managing a large team of supplier partnerships

- Supplier Operations - manage timely supplier payments and overall AP(account payables)

- Resolve Supplier Related Issues

- Fostering strong alliances with top brands and manufacturers in the industrial & commercial goods industry

- Manage supplier contracts

- Vendor management - vendor acquisition and Development

Candidate Profile:

- MBA from a reputed B-School

- Min. 3 years relevant experience with overall 5+ years of professional experience in managerial or leading positions

- Excellent in negotiations on preferred terms & conditions/contract management

- Excellent in verbal & written communications

- Knowledge and exposure to legal & statutory contracting framework will be a plus

- Excellent in business relationship building

- Strong leadership quality with proven track record in leading a large field and office team

- Strong analytical skills

- Go-getter attitude and hands-on approach

- Comfortable in dynamic business scenario and start-up environment

- High level of energy, enthusiasm,and ability to inspire

- Extremely hardworking and never give-up attitude

- Should be comfortable and ready to travel across the country / any locations

- The job may require 70%+ time in traveling within/outside NCR

- Supply chain management professional with experience in catalog operations
