Job Description:

Role Overview:

- We are seeking an experienced Supply Manager to lead sourcing, development, and supply-chain management for paper and plastic food-service products, bags, and packaging.

- The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, experience analyzing designs and prototypes, and expertise in working with manufacturers to bring high-performance products to market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and manage new and existing projects in the paper and plastic food-service packaging sector.

- Collaborate with manufacturers to develop products efficiently while ensuring quality and performance.

- Evaluate product specifications, designs, and prototypes for feasibility and improvements.

- Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with global manufacturers in the packaging industry.

- Oversee material selection, manufacturing processes, and compliance standards.

- Work closely with internal teams to align supply-chain strategies with business objectives.

Required Experience & Skills:

- Plastic Food-Service Products: Expertise in MAP / Gas-Flush Packaging, Food Containers & Lids, Injection Molding, Thermoforming, and Bags.

- Paper Packaging: Experience with Pizza Boxes, Food Packaging, Retail Boxes, and other food-service products.

- Engineering Background Preferred: Strong technical knowledge to assess and improve product designs.

- Supply Chain & Sourcing: Proven ability to source, evaluate, and collaborate with manufacturers.

- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to review specifications and ensure product quality.

- Excellent English Communication: Fluency in English is essential for working with global partners.

- Additional Details Remote position: Must be available during IST working hours. The experience is 3-8 years.
