Supply/ Sales Head/ Revenue Head- 1000 CR portfolio !
This role would be responsible for managing the entire sales for the assigned products/units to drive greater value for the business.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Lead and drive global supply and revenue
- Channel Manager makes sure that all accounts are profitably serviced in order for the company to achieve sales and revenue goals.
- She/ He facilitates all transactions and communications with educators and management.
- He also monitors competitor's activities within the Channel Market.
- Channel Manager is overall responsible for developing and maintaining new sales channels.
- Provide all required training and guidance to educators to achieve the videos- views and revenue goals.
Preferred Qualification
- Should have 8-13 years relevant experience in business development or proven
- Develop the business plan and execute the sales strategy.
- Cost efficient customer acquisition and ensuring high volume of daily transactions.
- Build & manage a strong sales team with deep understanding of consumer buying, marketing tools, PR and CRM.
- Collaborate and provide support to other functional teams to achieve company objectives.
- Providing necessary training to the sales force on product knowledge, customer dealing and handling.
- Define, track and improve key metrics.
- Generate new product ideas, enhancements to existing product and collate requests from both internal and external requestor.
- Undertake market research and be an expert with respect to the competition.
- Analyze internal systems and recommend enhancements to improve productivity.
- The role reports into the Director, where apart from managing the entire sales & service function for the assigned unit, the position also plays a critical role in business development strategy
