Supply Chain Specialist - New Project/Procurement - Oil & Gas Plant

We are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist for New Projects in Mumbai. Client is a global Oil & Gas company.

Job Profile:

- Support for planning and management of the procurement activities for Greenfield Projects

- Identify potential Vendors and Contractors based on project requirements and evaluate them as per procurement policy.

- Coordinating with consultant for readiness of all MR's/RFQ's/Tenders and Float Enquiries within agreed timelines.

- Coordinate with EPCM consultant for Technical Bid Evaluation / Commercial Bid Evaluation.

- Support in negotiation meetings with vendors & contractors within the Budget allocated.

- Process purchase orders in SAP for projects.

- Review and process vendor invoices and track for timely payments to vendors

- Attend meetings with the engineering team, vendors and contractors as required.

- Coordination with the Inspection Team for timely inspection of the Equipment and Packages

- Coordination with project management teams during project execution to maintain on-time material delivery & supply at Site.

- Prepare MIS on regularly basis as per requirement.

Requirements:

- 2-6 Years of experience in project procurement of Greenfield/Brownfield projects in Oil and Gas, Chemical, etc

- BE/BTech preferred

- Must have capex experience.

- Working knowledge of SAP
