Supply Chain Role - Realty Business

Responsibillities :

- Shall be responsible to develop vendors for various requirements at different project sites

- Shall be able to identify the long lead items and tie up with the vendors/suppliers

- Shall be able to identify the technical requirements in coordination with the project team.

- Shall have a network of suppliers/vendors on pan India basis.

- Shall be able to negotiate and arrange the procurement of materials within the budgeted cost.

Shall be able to track the market dynamics and suggest for strategy of early or late procurement of materials

- Excellent oral and written communication skills - Hindi and English
