Simple stores, optimum logistics, efficient organization and a constant drive to control costs have allowed them, and continue to allow them, to lower the prices of their products. In order to sustain the future growth of the organization in India they are currently looking for a Supply Chain Project Manager.

Job Description - The successful applicant will be responsible to formulate, plan, analyze and maintain optimum supply networks, systems and policies to ensure product availability in the right quantity, at the right location, at the right time and at the lowest total cost for India. Managed by the Supply Chain director, he will work with logistics director, industrial director, and regional directors.

- Responsible for the set-up/optimizing of the entire logistic flows for the company in India.

- Defines planning networks between source plants, warehouses and the retail outlets.

- Anticipates future constraints or gaps.

The Successful Candidate - Strong Supply Chain experience in a multi-national Company showing increasing management responsibility and can demonstrate experience in strategic supply chain pan-India.

- Strong experience in a managerial role within the consumer product / automotive or retail industry.

- Proven competence and experience in people management and leadership and in the development of well integrated, high performing teams.

- Experience in working in a global and culturally diverse organization and will be able to work well in a dynamic and flexible environment.

- Team player with the ability to build strong cross functional working relationships.

- Combining a hands-on mentality with the capacity of engagement at a leadership team level.

- Experience in project management and in the use of project management techniques and tools.

- Aligning business goals with capacity, processes, and equipment to sustain a competitive supply-chain infrastructure.
