Position : Supply Chain Manager - Organized Trade

Purpose - Support Organized Trade Channel business through supply chain efficiencies & customer service levels

- Bring in new processes & ideas in designing the future supply chain for Organized Trade business

- Building customer relationship with National Customers for ensuring service excellence

- Manage and develop the Supply Chain agenda with major customers and drive improvements in customer service performance to achieve competitive advantage.

- Deliver an enhanced service through defining and driving the implementation of Supply Chain development

- To achieve best in class service, identifying best practice and implementing process improvements to meet customer requirements and drive value .

- Review with Supply planning for stock availability as per the required trade age

- Ensure seamless delivery of promotions and special activities with respect to supply chain

- Identify and execute process improvements to ensure high customer service levels to the customers and easy transition for new customers

- Implementation of new age tools like EDI, Collaborative forecasting.

- Execute and coordinate new product introductions

Key Skills/Experience Required -

- MBA from Tier 1 B-School

- At least 3-5 years of supply chain experience in an FMCG/Retail industry

- 2 years prior experience in handling Modern Trade is preferable

- An extensive understanding of Supply Chain Management, both operations and development.

- Experience in inbound/outbound logistics
