About our Client - Our client is an International food retail chain which operates over 1,000 restaurants across five continents. Globally, they are well known for their product, innovative flavours and excellent customer service. Currently, they are looking to expand their presence in the India market, and are looking at hiring their central management team. For the same, they are looking at hiring a Supply Chain Manager, based out of their corporate office in Delhi NCR.

Job Description - Reporting into the GM Procurement, you will be responsible for:

- To manage the distribution function and retain oversight of the 3rd party logistics supplier/s

- To conduct supplier reviews as required and mange any non-conformances and ensure satisfactory resolution

- To manage and ensure a healthy relationship with suppliers

- To provide oversight of the ordering process, stock level & consumption

- To collect and store all supply chain management information in a centralized data base, and update the database with product specifications

- To investigate any supply chain opportunities & include in monthly reporting pack

The Successful Candidate - You will be a post graduate with around 6-10 years experience in a core supply chain role within the Food Retail/FMCG Industry. Prior experience in managing the supply chain management database is must. The client is looking for someone with a strong network across the region, and excellent interpersonal/communication skills. Prior experience in managing a team and handling multiple stakeholders is highly preferred.
