Supply Chain Management Planner

BNC is hiring for SCM Planner role for Shared Services Setup for Gurgaon location

1. Declaring and verifying Plant Capacity

2. Declaring Plant lead time

3. Follow S & OE

4. Accepting order adhering to lead time and E

5. Providing material readiness date coordinating with plant

6. Ensuring readiness of material on time in full

7. Achieve PIFOT (Process in full on time)

8. Raising delay notification to sales.

9. Pushing sales where material is produced to order and not peaked up.

10. Coordinate operation to produce material on time in full.

11. Track orders daily.

12. Analyzing order book.

13. Highlight material / machine / man issue of your plant.

14. For new mold / tooling coordinate with operation and sales.

15. Key coordinator for product transfer (partnering with R&D / operation / sales)

16. Managing inventory for FG, WIP and Raw material

17. Prepare MIS timely with proper month or week analysis.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Minimum qualification: B-tech with MBA

2. MBA with 2-3 years of relevant experience in industry (mainly from manufacturing)

3. Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint

4. Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail Knowledge of- SAP

5. Fluency in writing and speaking English; every additional language will be considered an asset.

7. Ability to identify and report areas of possible conflicts between RHIM strategy and market trends.
