Supply Chain Leader - Plant

The Supply Chain Leader role has multi-faceted scope:

Connecting Country's Infra structure needs to Marhowrah Operations: Build a rally point for the Supply Chain Organization to build heavy haul locomotive which is a quality product for Indian Railways as the country embarks on moving freight to different parts of the country using ports and freight corridors.

Supply Chain Focus: Drive a broad agenda on culture of quality, cost and safety amongst the workforce through rigor on metrics, personal example and providing guidance to functional leaders.

Drive key operational & team success on productivity, inventory management, fulfillment focus that support overall business profitability

Customer Engagement: Interacts with Customer at Indian Railways and build rapport at multiple level for proactive engagement and escalations Management on multiple fronts including product testing operations with Indian Railways,

Synergy with other site; Leader will work with other leaders in the India region on growing business, support supply chain initiatives and talent related topics.

Strategizing with sourcing team to help improve localization content.
