Supply Chain Finance
1. Serve as the Finance Co-pilot to the Supply Chain Director and factory management team providing financial advice to ensure sound financial and operational decisions. Support strategy and implementation, developing and evaluating efficient network.
2. Manage the end-to-end processes of the Supply Chain network, analysis, management accounting and reporting. Including identifying business issues and opportunities and making recommendations for future actions.
3. Manage the processes at warehouses/CFAs.
4. Provide reliable and timely financial data to key stakeholders to support the decision-making process.
5. Improve, and ensure compliance with internal processes and implement necessary control procedures to ensure achievement of supply chain objectives. Instill strong cost control and planning discipline to assist Supply Chain Director in controlling manufacturing costs.
6. S&F lead for Logistics Co-piloting.
7. Tracking and reporting of periodic supply chain both inbound as well as outbound spends.
8. Supporting preparation of business case for productivity initiatives.
9. Lead and manage the monthly and annual book closing process for supply chain.
10. Support the central S&F Team during statutory and tax audit by providing timely and quality data
11. Governance mechanism on the days of inventory holding for both Domestic / Imported. Also, drive efficiency in the Inventory holding days;
12. Partner with market logistics head on the logistics network design;
13. Drive automation in the supply chain processes to avoid manual errors and better analysis;
14. Provide deep dive analysis especially on the non-optimal sourcing strategies;
