Supply Chain Finance - FMCG

Financial planning and delivery of financial results for India Business

- Finance business partner to the Supply Chain. Provide Management information support and decision support to the business and ensure that the business takes sound economic decisions.

- Financial budgeting and forecasting, influence business strategy and plan through insights and benchmarking

- In depth review of Network strategy spread across 26 sites and provide insights

- Finance partner to all capacity enhancement and review program and its financial evaluation

- Single point contact for financial tracking of cost management program for defined business

- Monitoring of actual financial performance and suggesting make up plan for Gaps. Ensure that supply chain delivery the targeted COGS/Gross margin%.

- Conduct GM% workshops and improve profitability of the business

- Provide support in managing COGS for Supply Chain for Bangladesh business

- Consolidate and review fiscal /commercial compliance across defined business

- Lead the transition to new reporting software - BISON and IPT for ISC

Expected Delivery :

- Supply Chain COGS target delivery for defined business

- Cost reduction as per agreed targets

- High quality financial analysis and monitoring to drive business decisions for network strategy and projected

- Ensure no financial surprises come up in the business through pro active monitoring and planning

Required :

- Total 10 years of experience in industry finance, of which at least 3 years should be in the area of supply chain, financial partnering. Exposure in FMCG is a must

- Strong Interpersonal skills and stakeholder management

- Strong on influencing : have to work with peers extensively

- Ability to co-ordinate with cross function team

- Passion to deliver timely results & adding value to the organisation

- Strong communication and Questioning & Challenging

- Excellent Analytical Skills
