Supply Chain Development Manager - FMCG - NITIE/IIM/IIT

We are currently looking for a Supply Chain Development Manager for the topmost FMCG Conglomerate in India. The position is to be based at H.O. in Kolkata.

Job Description:

- Recommends on Forecasts metrics to the CDM team. Inputs into the Forecasting models and helps design optimal forecasting process.

- Responsible for Master data management, Demand planning activity completion in line with the norms, work with the Category Ops team to improve estimation and supply chain back end. Recommends systems to minimise WSP OOS and maximise fill rates.

- Works across multiple locations and with multiple functions - SBU Category Team, CDM Team, Logistics team, SAP Support team and MDM team in performance of his job. Coordinates through them execution of deployment strategies, timely connection of stocks, production, Master data accuracy etc.

- Recommends periodic optimisation of supply network in consultation with the SBU and Logistics. Reviews and recommends on inventory across nodes and K1 opportunities.

Prior Experience:

- Atleast 6-7 years of relevant experience in FMCG/ Consumer Durable companies who have handled Warehouses and CFAs and Transporters at some point of time and should have an understanding of inventory, planning.

Education:

- MBA from Tier 1 campus shall be considered (2004/2005/2006/2007 Batch of NITIE, IIMs, IIT-SOM, Sp Jain, SCMHRD and SIBM)
