Supply Chain Development Manager - FMCG

KRA's:

1. Lead Supply Chain Strategic and operations- efficiency improvement projects in close coordination with key stakeholders.

2. Lead Supply Chain Quality Improvement Projects working closely with CQM, DQG

3. Identify and Lead continuous Improvement initiatives within Supply Chain Area, focusing at Process gaps and process improvement requirements

4. Fully responsible for SC cost management, KPI Dashboard, Generating and sharing required MIS of Supply Chain

5. Conducts analyses to identify cost of quality impacts and opportunities

6. Analyze and optimize all tasks and processes within the supply chain; consultation and coordination with process owners, creating the necessary environment for cross-functional cooperation.

7. Facilitate Standardization of processes and Documents.

8. Effectively interacts with Sales, Operations and multiple levels including Management to create value propositions
