Aqua Management Consulting Group (www.aquamcg.com) is a young business consulting and execution firm focused on Logistics and Supply Chain Consulting. We are headquartered in Mumbai with offices in Bangalore and Delhi. In the course of the last 4 years, we have been involved in high-end consulting work followed by ownership driven execution leading to value realizations. We have succeeded in carving out a niche as trusted consulting & execution partners for our set of marquee clients.

We currently plan to hire FREELANCERS across all levels with focus on supply chain consulting across verticals.

Role: Senior Consultant/ Managing Consultant/Principal Consultant - Supply Chain

Role Description:

- Lead/ Participate in Supply Chain Consulting engagements

- Develop Logistics and Supply Chain Solutions across FMCG, CPG, Pharma, Power and Infra, Automotive, Media and Entertainment verticals.

- Lead and participate in consultative selling

- Develop supply chain strategies and roll out operational models – maintaining the continuity from strategic intent to operational execution

- Developing and implementing integrated supply and demand planning strategies that improve cost efficiency, increase business effectiveness and create synergies and collaboration across the value chain

- Practical, measured value propositions built on strong research and statistical bases, strictly no theoretical consulting

- Engagement Management

Desired Qualifications:

- 3-12 years of experience with reputed consulting firms

- Strong supply chain consulting expertise

- An entrepreneurial instinct is desirable

- Specialist are welcome - OR Modeler, statistical analysis, network planning etc.,

- At least partial exposure to Solver, Non-solver engines

- Manual or tool based ETL experience is an advantage

- Excellent demonstration of clarity of thought

- Good communication skills

- An Engineering /MBA from top schools
