Our client is one of the leading FMCG companies in the world, and are renowned for their innovative product portfolio. They are widely considered to be an employer of choice within the FMCG industry, and are known for the opportunities that they provide to their employees. Over time, they have been able to establish a significant presence in the India market, and are currently looking at recruiting a Supply Chain Capability Manager, based out of their corporate office in Delhi NCR.
Job Description :
Reporting to the Supply Chain Planning Director, you will be responsible for the development and institutionalization of systems and processes to ensure the delivery of an efficient supply chain that is compliance with the company's global standards. Further, you will be required to work extensively with different business stakeholders to ensure buy in for supply chain initiatives.
The incumbent will be required to ensure that the Supply Chain across the country has developed and implemented the required capability in people, systems and processes to support a robust Supply Chain Planning mechanism.
The Successful Applicant :
- You will be a post graduate with around 7-10 years of experience in functions across Supply/Demand Planning or Logistics.
- Prior experience of working in the FMCG or Consulting industry is a must. Further, you will have a detailed understanding of supply chain systems and processes, and should have the experience of working in complex set ups.
- The client is looking for someone with excellent communication/interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise extensively with senior stakeholders.
