Liaise with clients and understand the business requirements and the functional goals thereby identify problem statements that the organisation could potentially support
- Drive the transformational agenda to align with the goals
- Identify opportunities by working with internal teams that addresses the agenda
- Leverage and mobilize teams working with internal and client stakeholders as required
- Take accountability for projects by ensuring right team is deployed and program managing the delivery of the projects
- Identify/recruit consultants while mentor and manage their career development
- Drive and lead specific white papers/point of view in order to improve the impact in market place
- Provide guidelines and strategic direction for content and collateral creation in terms of identified areas of the domain.
- Understand specific market dynamics and customize the strategy for the service line
- Strategize to identify prospective clients working with the sales teams
- Drive pursuits starting from understanding clients requirement to working with the internal team to craft winning solutions
