Role
- Own the Self-Serve product in association with the monetization pod and QOS pod
- Work with QOS team on
- The SOP for Merchant Strike and reinstatement
- Live control on Merchant delivery and experience
- Sync between QOS and Catalog team
- Work with Post Sales team
- Responsible for overall planning, quarterly KRAs and target setting for vendor managers
- Merchant training/ retraining and tool deployment
- Developing and deploying processes for meeting KRA- s
KRAs
- Acceptance% and acceptance time metric: Metric to measure order confirmation time by merchants: 5 min acceptance for a 90th percentile
- Edits% and edit time: Metric to measure out of stock instances. Reduce to sub 10%
- Cancellations%: Reduced merchant drove cancellations from 10% to 5%
- Item Issues%: Responsible for reducing complaints on item issues - quality, wrong items, missing items
- In-store time: Reducing the overall packing time of stores to reduce customer SLA
Mandatory Background:
- IIT or IIM with 5 to 8 years of experience
- Someone who has handled large marketplaces with thousands of sellers
