Supervisor - R&D/Product Development - Automobiles

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor R&D Product Development Engineering who will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and designers in the design and development of automotive connector systems.

- The successful candidate will have a strong background in product development engineering and experience in the automotive industry.

- This role will require strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of engineers and designers in the design and development of automotive connector systems.

- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, purchasing, and sales to ensure product requirements are met.

- Conduct product testing and validation to ensure product performance meets customer specifications and industry standards.

- Develop and maintain engineering standards, procedures, and best practices.

- Manage and prioritize multiple projects to meet customer needs and business objectives.

- Mentor and develop team members to maximize their potential and achieve team goals.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations and guidelines.
