Supervisor(Mobile)-Development Manager

This candidate will be responsible to design and develop a strategic mobile application suite and lead a fast-paced mobile development group to deliver cutting-edge mobile experiences for customers. Candidate is also responsible for both resource and project management, including the development of project plans, tasks, and time frames for successful project delivery.

Requirements:

1) Experience with both native mobile app development and hybrid architectures leveraging HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

2) Experience in XHTML/HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML and other web technologies preferred.

3) Experience with at least one of the following: iOS, Android, Windows Mobile and/or Symbian and cross mobile application framework experience like PhoneGap, Rhodes, or Titanium are highly desired.

4) Should have closely worked with business and technology partners to design and implement mobile solutions.

5) Good knowledge of SOA, Web Services methodologies using REST , ODATA or SOAP preferred-comes along with web design

6) Proven commercial software development experience – desktop and mobile

7) Published examples of mobile applications on the App store or the Android market preferred.

8) Tech savvy individual who pushes the limits of mobile platforms, and is eager to experiment and leverage the latest and greatest of new releases

9) Excellent architecture and design skills, including use of design patterns and UML.

10) Strong interpersonal and communication skills; capable of writing documentation, mentoring team members, proactively identifying code and design flaws, and suggest improvements.

11) Passionate about learning new technologies and intimating others about technological exploits

12) Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with clients and teams at all levels

Candidate should be a MCA/B.E. /B. Tech.

Note: This is a pure techie role; though the person will be handling team. He will have individual tech work also. He will be interacting with US counterparts & clients. Must have strong communication skills
