Manager - Product Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
- Student & Faculty Insights: Garner a deep understanding of the students' and faculty experience with the app to identify areas of improvement and tailor communication.
- Value Proposition: Collaborate with the Product team to craft sharp consumer value propositions for specific features and app experiences.
- Marketing Communication Plans: Develop marketing plans to maximise awareness of new feature launches and app enhancements to increase adoption among existing Allen students.
- Faculty Advocacy: Develop and implement strategies to support faculty members in becoming champions of the Allen app.
- Content Creation: Partner with the content & creative team to create engaging marketing communication and assets that deliver the consumer value proposition impactfully.
- Campaign Execution: Identify channels to deliver communication effectively.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key adoption metrics and adapt communication plans to address gaps and opportunities.
- Feedback Loop: Establish mechanisms for collecting and analyzing student & faculty feedback to continuously improve adoption and address any barriers to increased usage.
Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record of developing and executing strategies that drive product usage and customer satisfaction.
- Creative problem-solver with a proactive approach to driving customer engagement and product adoption.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to inform marketing strategies.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Comfortable speaking in English and Hindi.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- MBA with 6-8 years of experience in Product Marketing.
- Primary experience in Consumer Tech companies.
