Job summary:

SuperProcure is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Director of Digital Transformation - SCM Consulting. This role is pivotal in driving digital transformation initiatives, particularly in SAP integration and implementation for our clients. The ideal candidate should have 12+ years of relevant work experience and a strong background in consulting within the supply chain management domain.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end implementation of projects and SAP integration, ensuring that technical solutions are delivered, within scope, and in compliance with best practices.

- Build, train and manage the integration team to guarantee seamless connectivity between clients' existing systems and SuperProcure's solutions.

- Collaborate closely with enterprise-level clients to understand their complex supply chain needs, and curated transformation solutions that address their specific challenges.

- Developing and creating collateral, new capabilities working closely with cross-functional teams (internal and external). Understand client digital transformation needs & consult/provide customized solutions,

- Manage end to end pre-sales activities for large enterprise clients for digital transformation by identifying opportunity, pitch the right digital solution, solution building, business case creation etc.

- Adapt and function effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while working under deadlines.

- Take initiative, drive results and take on increasing levels of responsibility

Skills and Qualifications:

- 12+ years of experience in supply chain management consulting with a focus on digital transformation.

- Proven experience in SAP integration and implementation projects with SCM background

- Exceptional project management skills with Leadership and team management capabilities.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
